Equestrian vaulting is basically gymnastics on horseback. It's a beautiful discipline that develops balance, strength, and a strong core, creating a solid foundation for riding skills. Dating back over 2,000 years, vaulting is an ancient art form that combines elements of acrobatics and ballet.
This introductory clinic is designed for anyone interested in trying vaulting. No horse or gymnastics experience necessary.
